Grace and Peace (with God)

“The only thing that counts is faith expressing itself through love” (Galatians 5:6b)

God has truly poured out His grace in abundance, and allowed all to receive from the fullness of who He is. Grace is the “freely given, Undeserved favor and love of the Lord”, and it is this grace that allows us to have faith in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 2:8&9). It is this grace that opens our (once shut) eyes and ears, and allows us to see and to hear. This grace that shows us how to love, simply by being loved first. Faith in Jesus Christ is made possible by the freely given, undeserved, favor and love of the Lord. So because we were adopted into love, through His grace, we are called to express our faith in Him through love. God’s grace is the only way that we are able to have faith in His Son.

Paul had to write a letter to the Galatians in the beginning of their faith, reminding them that faith was not created on their own. He spoke to them, and shared with them the importance of staying away from human rules and following the truth, that is to walk in faith through love. The Lord used this letter to open my eyes to His grace. He had so much love for the people, that from the fullness of His grace He allowed them to be taught under authority that knew the significance and truth about grace. He had Paul, one who was not taught by humans but by God alone (Galatians 1:12), warn them to stay away from trying to create a faith based off of human approval. Let us be reminded of this as well. It is God’s grace that allows us to live in faith, not anything that we did on our own. His grace is an undeserved gift, meaning we did not do anything on our own to receive it. This being so, let us keep in mind that the only thing that counts is Faith Expressing Itself Through Love.

“Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ “(Romans 5:1). This truth is full of the love that our Father has for us. We are justified through faith, the faith available because of the love God has for us-also known as grace, and in turn we have peace with God through Jesus Christ our Lord. We have peace with God. Peace with God is ours through faith, not anything we earned, all because of the love God has for you and me. This truth is beyond me. God loves us more than I know.

Being at peace with God is a beautiful gift from our Father, through Jesus Christ. A gift that I can not fathom on my own understanding. God our Father truly loves us, and it is to Him that we are to give all the glory. For without Him, we could not have faith in Him. This alone leads me into deep appreciation, because peace with God is the perfect gift. God is peaceful.
Hallelu Yah.

I pray that you all have revelation of God's grace, and grow in faith through love, which leads to peace with God our Father, through our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.

Ephesians 4:29 & 30

"Do not let any unwholesome talk come from your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you have been sealed for the day of Redemption." Ephesians 4:29&30

Where love ties in!

“For this is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another.” (1John 3:11)

When in pursuit of the Father’s heart, love was found. He poured out in abundance, and opened my eyes to a new way of life. The new life is surrounded by, and filled with, love. Within just a week, He has shown me how everything is to be centered around His love.
God, our Father, sent His only Son to set us free from sin. He did this, out of love. Jesus came, humbly, and gave His life for all of humanity. This was all possible because of the love that God has for His creation. That is you and me. The sacrifice of His Son alone shows that He is love (1 John 4:7-16)
In the beginning of my faith, I often put spiritual gifts above love. Then, the Lord Jesus allowed me to see His love in all that His hands were doing. He opened up my heart to His love and His grace. Healings and miracles must be seen in truth, that is, they only take place because of the love that God has for all of the people.
This entire summer I have been working at a Baptist Camp down in Elberta. Love has been doing work, especially behind the scenes. Through love, I have experienced many campers receive healing and grow in love with faith in Jesus Christ.
One particular event, the Lord opened my eyes to a young boy that was having trouble hearing. He was behind in school, treated harshly because of his loss of hearing, and planned on having a surgery to heal his ears. Standing with Colby made my heart change. I realized that God wanted Colby to experience His love, so immediately we began to pray. As we prayed for healing, love poured out. Colby received healing in both of his ears that afternoon, and it was all because Papa God truly loves His children.
The week of Colby’s healing, I witnessed the Father heal a young girls leg and a co-workers back. Their pain went from extreme to non-existent. After praying, and experiencing God instantly answer, I began to see His love. It was as if God was showing me His love, through gifts. Which in turn, allowed me to be rooted in His love. When you experience God’s love in the supernatural, you become more dependent on His love. His love is all you desire. The gifts, the healings, and the miracles no longer mean as much. Love means all. Love is all.
Now, His love has become my source. His love is the source for everything that we are seeking. Through His love, I have learned many things about people and what they need. The only thing that people truly long for is love, to be loved, and to learn to love. Fortunately, God’s love provides all of these.
While learning and growing in love, you fall in love. You fall in love with the God of the universe. Just one look around, one glimpse at your life, and you will see God truly loves you. Regardless of who you are, how you spent your life, what you did with your time, God loves you. He sent His Son to redeem you, to save you from this world. He sent His Son so that you could repent and live with Him in love, and become apart of His family. That is love.
It is important that we keep our focus on things above (Colossians 3:2), on the Father’s heart. Our focus should always be inspired by love. Love for God, which in turn is love for the people. Many times in the Bible, we are commanded to LOVE one another. We are reminded over and over again that love is above all. Papa tells us through His disciples to love one another, and do all things in love.
In first Peter it says, “Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins” (4:8). When we share God’s love with the others around us, we are bringing them into an environment of love. From personal experience, I have noticed that all long for the Father’s love. They are seeking Him. This love creates recognition for the need of God’s love, and after recognition comes repentance and reliability on His love.
Because we are rooted in love, and we are in love with God, we are to share this beautiful gift with all that surround us. We are called to love the people that we come in contact with, daily. As we spend time in the secret place with our heavenly Father, we recognize His love and are able to share it. It is important that we receive His love, and soak in His love, so that we are able to share it in truth. Love is all we need. When we see God’s love for us and truly love God, we are able to love one another in truth. This love is what we were created for. Love is why we are here. Love the Father, and love the Father’s people. Love is all!

I pray that you all grow in love.

With Joy!

Our Father has an abundance of love available to all who believe in His Son, Jesus Christ. He freely gives, and all we do is receive. Instead of making people greedy, like the world teaches. Papa's riches give us peace and deep appreciation. There is a thankfulness that comes with being a child of God, and it delivers the praise that our King deserves. When we have revelation that our Father is always the same, and that His Word never fails (Luke 1:37), we realize that we can sit in rest on Daddy's lap and simply thank Him. With thankfulness comes recognition of blessings, and with recognition of blessings comes more thankfulness. Jesus Christ died on a cross, in order that we may come to the Father. So through His death, and being raised from the dead, we receive peace that draws us closer to our Father's heart. As we rest and draw near El-Shaddai, we begin to learn the things of God, and as a result we are more ready to praise the name of the Lord. When praises are lifted up to heaven, blessings are poured out on earth. The more thanksgiving, the more fruit. Thanksgiving is an expression of praise to the One that we have faith in. Faith in Jesus goes hand in hand with good fruit. We bear good fruit when we have faith in Yeshua, and in response to bearing good fruit, we worship! Worship through thanks is greatly appreciated by our heavenly Father. In Psalms it says, "Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of His works through songs of joy" (107:22), and also, "Those who sacrifice thank offerings honor me, and to the blameless I will show my salvation," (50:32). So out of the mouth of God, thank offerings HONOR Him! Let us sacrifice thank offerings and honor our heavenly Father, let us sacrifice thank offerings WITH JOY!
:)
It is my prayer that you all draw water from the wells of salvation, WITH JOY! (Isaiah 12:3)
